We realised that a tour around Keele takes about 15 minutes and then that's it lol. I cooked a chicken korma for dinner and we waddled down to Lindsay bar for a couple of pints and an intense game of Table Football, after 5 games Luke came out on top with a final score of 3:2 - Damn it!!
Realising that Lindsay Bar is crap once you run out of 50p peices for the football table so I gave in to Luke and we went down to the Students Union where we met up with Katy and Pipper, I drank way too much.. We bumped into Megan too and ended up in The Lounge where I ended up talking to a bunch of randomers and found out about this girl who's been getting it on with two guys but only one knows about it.. ooohh! Saucy!
I got Megan off to bed and then the four of us from the S.U. ended up in my room, Luke fell asleep on the floor, Pip fell asleep on my bed and Katy and I ended up sleeping in hers until about 6 when I woke up and we went to kick Pip out of my bed.
Luke woke me up thismorning the cheaky bugger! I was rather hung over.. oh dear.. We've been watching Heroes for hours now (Luke is completely addicted! lol) We're all going out for a meal later which I'll be lovely! Yay!

So the story is this, I got a set of 7 moustaches from Father Christmas and had a few left over so Hannah, Roo, Robin, Nat and I slapped them on and wondered down on to campus to get supplies for the evening. Photos included below! :D

I *heart* baking, I made a decision a few weeks back, to make 1,000 little fairy cakes (cup cakes) before I went home for Christmas, after making 300 I stopped because I thought I'd probably had enough.. there's less than that many in the photo because everyone was eating them and there were some more in the oven! But still.. that's a lot of cakes! lol
Only thing is I'm not quite sure what to do with them.. maybe I'll give them to my sister lol :)
On another note, mum's here! She's staying in the guest house tonight and we're going home tomorrow! (home being back down to Kent) - It's going to be so weird! It'll be great to see my lovely friends! and to be back with my family! Can't wait to give Alice a cuddle and meet the new cat!

I'm a little slow on this one but last Sunday we had Christmas!
As we are all going home this coming weekend the extended family, consisting of the two corridors and an extra attendee. Roo and Louisa weren't feeling too good so they didn't attend in the end and neither did Marc which was a shame.
We ate the most delicious food, turkey and pork, potatoes, vegetables, and Pip's infamous Gravy and delicious Yorkshire puddings! Preceded in my case by melon and followed by ice cream and Pipper's fantastic cheese cake!
We played pass the parcel, Tom got a very difficult layer which was completely covered in tape!
Tom and Pip did a really good quiz, they put in loads of ones that were meant to be just for me, I didn't have any idea what one of the songs was that they thought I'd get but I did know that there are 1,024 KB in a MB :D - Geeky! To make Katy happy, her team won and Sam and I came second but I think that was out of 5 of us and it was only by a couple of marks.. [she's so smug about it now lol]
We all gave out our Secret Santa Gifts, Sam was mine and seemed very happy with his party-popper guns, wind-up race horses and racing nuns.. lol :) - I got mine from Robin yesterday, he got me some chocolate, an icing syringe and an electric whisk to aid me with my baking! Take that meringue! lol

I was up until 4:45am yesterday morning finishing my Management Essay.. urgh! anyway, as a result I'm still very sleepy because I had to get up so that Roo could check it for me - she was so thorough I later spent about £10 on chocolate for her as a thank-you - I printed it off, ran to hand it in before the deadline, was told I needed two copies, ran back, printed off a second and handed it in.. phew!! Bye! Gx
I'm a Uni Student! Yay! I came up to Keele with mum, alice and (her) phil yesterday, set off at 6am - urgh! But got here nice and early, the first thing I did once I had by room key was set up the Macs, now I've got a lovely encrypted wireless network running in my room, really fast connection though I'm not allowed to use more than 500MB a day, I used up 250MB first thing thismorning when I opened up iTunes and updated my podcasts.. oops!
I'm really lucky with where I've been put, I have great people in my halls, Robbin, Rob, Louisa, May, Katie (and some other people I either haven't spoken to yet or have forgotten the name of lol) - oh and Roo! Who is now a permanent installment in my room it would seem - she's tapping away on the keyboard of the MacMini as I write this now lol
I feel at a loss without my car I have to admit but I guess I'll get to know the campus a little better eh?
