So the story is this, I got a set of 7 moustaches from Father Christmas and had a few left over so Hannah, Roo, Robin, Nat and I slapped them on and wondered down on to campus to get supplies for the evening. Photos included below! :D

I had a really yummy bacon sandwich for lunch!
1. A few batches of Flapjacks.
2. A couple of hundred little cakes.
3. A bunch of cookies!
It was funny walking down because it looked just like they try to make the university look in the perspectus; students strewn across the lawns with icecreams and textbooks. Well that's how it was on campus, once we got into the gardents at Keele Hall the beer was out as were Sam and Robin's guitars and Tat's beautiful voice. It was really lovely sitting in the sun in my shades singing along with my friends.
In the evening a bunch of us went out to The Pig and Rat and then down to Lindsay Bar where we had a good sing along again with some live music. Tottled back after that with everyone and all squeezed into the kitchen where I met a couple of Sam's lovely friends; Sarah, Sophie, and Louise who were very impressed by the fact that my coridoor had a housemate who would come back in from the bar and start to bake cookies!
I have to admit though, in the process of trying to double the mix I managed to double some of the wrong volumes for some ingredients.. as a concequence they went a little bit wrong to start with - too much butter meant that they went a little bit.. flat.. and by that I mean they looked like a sun-baked cow-pat.. on the plus side Sarah and I tried adding loads of flour and managed to balance it out and by the end of the evening they were comming out much better, mind you even at their rubbish stage they were being eaten faster than I could make them lol.
There was a funny moment when Robin went into the hall and we heard, "oh Sh*t! There's a F*cking Massive Spider Out Here!" - (Robin doesn't like spiders.. lol) It was pretty big actually but I managed to catch it in my hands (Manly! lol) and we took it upstairs to Chris' room and fed it to his Praying Mantis, aka Yoda, who is getting HUGE!
Right, well I think it's time for me to bake the rest of the mix from last night and take some cookies up to Alice and Sophie! lol.

I've just got back from accomodation and we got our on campus flat! :D
Robin, Roo, May and I applied for a 4 person flat down at Hawthorns which is a property owned by the univerity in the village to which the uni is attached: Keele Village no less.
So we can relax now, no emergency house hunting - we're all set for after the summer! :D

So Georgie what have you been up to? I hear you ask, well I'll fill you in on my day.
My alarm went off at 5:55am as it does every day, I got up, killed my alarm and stumbled into my running stuff and went for my run, I've extended it now because the route I had been taking wasn't quite as much of a challenge as it used to be..
Then at 8:45 Robin (who I have appointed as my personal trainer) and I went down to the gym, I've told him to push me but dude! Even though he goes all the time he was making me lift heavier than him and I am so out of shape! 45 minutes in I bounced down to pick up a weight and I head a massive tear as the stitches which had been threatening to go for a while finally gave way! Damn! lol Luckily I hadn't cheeped out on them when I bought them so the had a lining to save Robin from having to stare at my boxers lol.
I am aching so much! It's great, I'm really glad I'm getting back in shape but the first time always hurts the most! I was really disappointed because I could hardly lift anything on the bench press which used to be my favorite at school so that needs some work.
After all of that I think I deserve a treat so I've just ordered a big pizza! :D hehe

Hello everyone! Wow! I've not blogged in days! (Sorry!) Not like me I know, you must have been worried!
So what did I do this weekend? - I had a lovely time is what I did; Rob and Louisa were away this weekend which was a little odd.. On friday night Kirsty, Vicky, Pipper, Roo, Robin and I played poker in the kitchen! I think Pipper was the first one out, Followed by Vicky, Roo, Kirsty and then it was down to Robin and I - by that point though it was getting pretty early so we quit the game, mind you Robin and I drew random high cards and Robin got the highest so I guess he won.
On Saturday I was woken by a phone call from my mum! "I'm ten minutes away!", two minutes later, "I'm here!" So I scrambled out of bed and went to find mum! I hadn't seen her for 3 weeks and it was really really lovely to see her! I've been missing my mum and Alice (my little sis) lots but I've been trying to distract myself which has kinda worked to stop me getting too home sick. Mum, Robin and I hopped in the car and drove to Hanley and went into the shopping centre (Mall) I needed some new clothes so I got a new jumber, new scarf, and a dressing gown (mum paid) and I bought myself a Nike running hoodie thing; Starting last Monday I've been getting up every day at 6am and doing a 10/15 minute run; gets the day off to a good start, only thing is that the temperatures have been in the minuses last week and I've been freezing in my tshirt so I thought I'd get something to keep me warm (did the trick this morning!) For more details see mum's blog entry. Saturday night Vicky, Pipper, Kirsty, Robin, Roo and I wend down to the bar and had a few drinks
On Sunday Vicky, Robin, Roo and I played badminton - I've not played in years but it was great fun! Roo is rubbish though I have to say! lol - But it was really good fun and I certainly missed a few and hit a good number a bit to hard.. "OUT!".. dang it!
The weekend felt a little like a bit of a holiday, was weird but really nice!
Anyway, must dash! I've got a lecture in a minute!

Heylo everyone! I'm back at Keele! Sitting in my room with my beautiful new MacBook! It arrived yesterday and I am super-dooper happy! She is one speedy and sexy biatch! lol :D
It's been really great to see Roo and Robin! Gave Robin a big hug when I saw him and Roo's hug almost killed me when she saw me! lol
It's good to be back, weird to be away from home, or am I back home? I don't know.. Kent is still home but it seems like wherever I'm going lately it's a home lol. Guess I just have more than one eh?
The dictionary says that home is, "the place where one lives permanently, esp. as a member of a family or household." I'm going to have to customise that to fit me and say that home is the place I lay my head to rest at the end of the day.. yeah that works.
The second option the dictionary gives is, "an institution for people needing professional care or supervision," I guess I could be there too.. lol
Anyway, bed time for me I think! Nighty night!

Last night Robin, Chris, Sam, Roo, Louisa and I decided to get festive by ordering in a load of junk from the pizza place and watching Christmasey movies, we watched The Santa Clause for a bit and then followed it by watching Elf. Obviously we couldn't jump strait into Christmas too fast so we kicked it off first with an appetiser - Beverly Hills Cop 3! - Robin and I LOVE that film! :D
We ate a load of rubish, I finished the bottle of wine I've had in the fridge for the last month and had a gay old time! :)

So tonight's events:
1. Fire Alarm this-afternoon - AGAIN! We were all huddled outside in the cold - being the gentleman that I am Louisa got my hoodie while everyone else got to see my sexy sexy body as my tshirt came off with it..
2. For Nat's birthday (the one from upstairs that could kick your ass at marshal-arts) Robin, Kylie, Ollie, Danny, Nat, and others.. (soo many! there were about 12 of us..), anyway, we all went to Pizza Hut, then because the cinema wasn't playing any good films we went back to Keele and waddled down to Lindsay Bar - I spent the whole night waddling arround with Robin on my back though because he managed to damage his ankle when he jumped off a wall just as we had gotten out of the car! (I know someone has some good photos of that!)
